Dissertation is devoted to substantiation of advisability and choice of the most efficient variants of intensive therapy in patients with subacute great gasrointestinal haemmorrhages. The impact of different variants of intensive therapy on liver and kidney function has been studied. It has been proved that infusion-transfusion therapy with perftoran or stabisol is the most optimal taking into consideration the duration liver disfunction and kidney insafficiency in the posthaemmorrhage period. The combination quantum heamotherapy of replacement infusion-transfusion therapy is not due to the absence of the protective influence on organ?s. There variants of intensive therapy allow us to get better clinical results, consideration the mortality. Sphere of use: anaesthesiology, intensive care, surgery.
