Object of the thesis is system characteristics, connected to the existence of synergetic effects; aim - development of methodological and practical basis for strategy formulation in management on synergetic basis; methods - system approach, statistic and mathematic. The term of synergy in management has been deepened; classification of synergy types has been improved. A method for defining the areas of synergy appearing and estimation has been further developed. A new approach to estimation of the synergy influence on the enterprise activity has been proposed. A new model of synergetic enterprises association has been proposed.
