The peculiarities of pathogenesis of cholelithiasis after the surgical interventions on stomach and duodenum, the gallstones of gallbladder and biopthathy of hepar are the objects of the thesis. The clinical, morphological, instrumental, biochemical methods there have been worked. The development of cholelithiasis after various types of operations and peculiarities of pigment cholelithiasis have been determined at first. In the basis of the comperative analysis it was determined the best operationional method to secure the prevention of the development of cholelithiasis.
