The object of researches is the normative ensuring of heat-resistance coatings test. The subject of researches is the quality estimation of heat-resistant coatings. The method of researches. Profound regulations of standardization, certification, quality control, machinebuilding technologies, methods of quality statistical control and system analysis were used. Experimental researches were based on using of standard methods via instrumentation. The goal of thesis is the development of creating principles of normative base to estimate the quality of a heat-resistant coatings in complex taking into account a defects that are appearing in strengthened layer of a details. Scientific value. It was proposed to use the adhesive strength and microhardness as the main characteristics for coatings quality estimation. The calculation method of coatings quality estimation was developed. Practical value. The recommendations for normative documentation creating that allows to estimate the coating quality taking intoaccount the interaction of controlled properties and operation terms of a detail were developed. The choosing algorithm of a material and coating drawing technology and its quality estimation also was proposed. The results of theoretical and experimental researches have approved in machinebuilding enterprises that produce the air-engine details.
