Dissertation is dedicated to the problems of treatment of biliary peritonitis in patients with acute destructive cholecystitis and prophylaxis of its appearance after cholecystectomy due to use of colonosanation method. The conclusion of trigger role of microflora is based on 160 investigations of biliary microflora in different forms of cholecystitis. In all cases significant changes of intestinal microflora was observed with disbacterio-sis of level I in 25,46%, level II - 43,64%, and level III in 30,91% of patients. Own colonosanation method of treatment of the biliary peritonitis under different forms of acute cholecystitis was developed. Efficacy of the method is proved by different clinical and laboratory tests.
