In the dissertation the sociological analysis of scientific concept "power" is spent, the evolution of historical and sociological understanding of power is shown, the argument about primacy of social aspect of power through a substantiation of necessity studying social power by sociology as historically primary form of power and those factors which condition on transformation of this power in political has received the further development.
