The dissertation is devoted to the studies of physical processes of interaction of light with multylayers structures at the border: surface of prism of full internal reflection - researched material. The main aim of work is development of new high-sensitivity optoelectronic spectrometer for registration of biological reactions and quantitative real time registration of dielectric characteristics and geometry of materials of study.
