Based on the results of experimental research there have been studied the effectiveness of intraamnial infusion application with mucosolvan and antibiotic for RDS prevention at incomplete pregnancy complicated PEAW. Suggested technique in comparison with traditional methods permits to acselerate maturation of lung surfactant and impoves functional parameters of premature intrauterine fetus, increases and essentially improves the indecec of acid-base and gase composition of blood of premature infant, that permits to decrease perinatal morbidity and mortality.
