In the dissertation statement concerning upbringing activity of pedagogical groups from technical training colleges on preventive measures for unsocial students' behavior as pedagogical system is proved; the objective social and pedagogical preconditions of the contents, forms and methods of work on preventive measures for unsocial behavior of students are revealed; the essence of unsocial students' behavior and role of upbringing activity technologies were opened in formation a habit of correct behavior.
