Methodological, theoretical and methodical aspects of the problem are exposed. The main emphasis is made on defining and substantiating components of professional and applied bases which help to form skills of healthy way of life of future trainers in economic sciences and will develop this skills in other people. Model of professional and applied bases of formation of students' healthy way of life in higher economic educational institutions have been worked out, experimentally verified, implemented in the educational and training process, its essence have been substantiated.
