Object of investigation - nonequilibrium carriers of charge in semiconductors, linear on external influence, aim of investigation - construction of the theory of the linear transport phenomena taking into account nonequilibrium carriers, which occur at course of a current through the bounded semiconductor. Methods of investigation: system of the linear differential equations, which describe processes of transport in semiconductors in linear approach, and new boundary conditions which are taking into account as recombination, and course of a current through contact. Theoretical and practical results: It is shown that in the theory of linear transport phenomena in general case it is necessary to consider the bulk and surface recombination in the contact for correct description of linear transport processes. The boundary conditions for continuity equations have been formulated containing electron and hole recombination at the contact between two media as well as the current flow through this contact. It has been shown that in the linearized equation for the bulk recombination the additional term arises which is proportional to the temperature gradient and independent from concentration of nonequilibrium carriers. Field of application: physics of semiconductors, semiconductor devices making.
