Derpak V. Hygienic evaluation of workers health of anion azo dyes production and scientific substantiation of prophylaxis measures influence professional harmfulnesses

The thesis is devoted to study of health of the people participating in synthesis of anion azo dyes and manufacturing of prophylactic measures improving their working conditions. Established influence of the complex of unfavourable factors of anion azo dyes synthesis on the workers causing digestive system diseases, the illnesses of blood and hemopoietic organs, the hygienic pathology are determined by priority action of chemical factors. Production of synthetic anion azo dyes is characterized by hygienic imperfection causing intensive influence on workers of hazard chemical material on going of the basic manufacturing operations. The working conditions of machineworkers are determined on "of Hygienic work classification" Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine as "hazard". Embryotoxical action is peculiar to both experimental anion azo dyes entering laboratorial animals' stomach and depends on the level of dose used in the experiment and the chemical structure of those materials. Dark braun 2 Ch anion azo dye in comparing with Grey M is characterised by stronger of embryotoxical action. Scientifically based on experiments, developed and applicated into practical public health services and manufacturing complex of prophylaxis measures to prevent the unfavorable influence of anion azo dyes on the workers, appearance of professional diseases, improving of the working conditions.
