Essay

The work is devoted to ascertaining the influence of combined pathology of gasroduodenal and hepatobiliary systems on the state of mineral density of the osteal tissue in children. The observation revealed combined pathology of gastroduodenal and hepatobiliary systems to be accompanied by the impairment of normal mineral density of the osteal tissue. The pontentiation of osteopenic syndrome results in increasing the percentage of severe forms of the stomach mucous membrane damage. Changes of mineral density of the osteal tissue cause the impaired regeneration increase in the covering and glands epithelium of the mucous membrane of the anthral part, it resulting in glands atrophy and developing sclerosis against the background intensifying an acid-forming function of the stomach. The increase of mineral density of the osteal tissue resulting in developing chronic atrophic gastritis with glands damage is particularly unfavourable for prognosis.
