Essay

Object of the study: Pregnant with thyroid diseases and healthy women with physiological course of gestation period. Purpose:To define more exactly the peculiarities of thyroprival anemia pathogenesis in pregnant with the account of the hormonal and immune state, lipid peroxidation processes and activity of antioxidant protection system, changes in blood coagulation system; to develop the methods to correct and prevent the revealed disturbances. Methods of investigation and equipment: clinical laboratory, biochemical, immunological, radioimmunological, statistical methods. Theoretical and practical results: The revealed changes of the immune and hormonal state and hemostasis system are important for evaluation of pathogenesis peculiarities, differential approach to the complex of therapeutic and preventive measures in pregnant with thyroprival anemia. The work emphasizes significance of lipid peroxidation and the state of antioxidant protection system in anemia development in pregnant with hypothyroidism and opens new ways for pathogenetic validation of treatment for this pathology. A new drug, Scutex, which normalizes immunological disturbances, inhibits lipid peroxidation, normalizes functional activity of bioantioxidant system and aggregate state of the blood in pregnant with thyroprival anemia has been introduced. Novelty: For the first time, the peculiarities of the pathogenesis of thyroprival anemia in pregnant were determined. The hormonal state in pregnant with hypothyroidism was determined, the association between the revealed disturbances and the character of clinical manifestations of anemia was established. The immune state of pregnant with thyroprival anemia and its role in disease pathogenesis was studied. The role of membrane-destructive processes and hemostasis system in thyroprival anemia in pregnant was defined. A differential approach to treatment and prevention of anemia in pregnant with hypothyroidism was suggested and substantiated. The use of plant drug, Scutex, for correction ofthe immune state, LPO-AOPS and homeostasis system was validated. Degree of introduction: Main theses of the work were introduced to the work of city maternity hospitals No. 1, 2, 5, 7 (Kharkiv). The information obtained in the process of the study is used for doctors training at Obstetrics and Gynecology Departments of Kharkiv Medical Academy for Advanced Training. Field of application: Medicine, obstetrics and gynecology.
