Krasnoslobodsky O. Surgical suppurative-septic complications in drug addict patients

This work is devoted to the solution of one of the actual problems of surgery - improvement of quality of diagnosis and treatment of surgical suppurative-septic and vessels complications in persons, who use per injections handicraft narcotics remedies. The summarized results of examining and treatment of 658 patients with surgical infection, who are injection drug abused. The data of 154 patients with suppurative-septic complications of deepened clinical, laboratory-biochemical, bacteriological and supplementary methods are used for invention of modern objective criteria of endothoxicose heaviness (light, middle and heavy) degree estimation and on this basis a differential diagnostic-treatment algorithm of surgical suppurative-septic and the vessels complications of drug addicts therapy is introduced.
