The dissertation deals with medical treatment of children's post burnt deformations with the help of dermotensia method. 308 results of patients treatment are observed. With the help of morphological investigations it was learned the structure of the dermotensia implant in the process of skin tension. Classical and dermotensia methods of treatment are compared. The advantages of the dermotensia treatment are proved scientifically. It was learned the influence of the implanted expanders on the soft and osseous tissues. The implanted structures do not cause the development of the patalogical process in surrounding soft and osseous tissues.
