Thesis is devoted to revealing of modern condition, tendencies and prospects of newly created agricultural enterprises development, necessity of searching the ways to modern conditions of managing adaption. The process of development of managemental and economic forms of the enterprises based on progress patterns of patterns of ownership and system of farm conducting is analysed. The classification is carried out, the distinctions of enterprises forms are specified. Agricultural capital in various industrial forms of farms and channels of distribution for the 1990s and the 2000s are analysed, tendencies of change of a share of each channel of distri-bution are described analytically. Export capital of Industrial and Stock Company "Massandra" is calculated. Accounting methods of requirements in investments under long-term development forecast is offered. Financial and credit mechanism of state support for agri-cultural producer and formula of calculating of each kind of support are explained. Accounting of optimum combination of branches for different types of enterprises techniques and optimum sizes of dairy farms, tractor harvesting groups are specified. Condition of the economic mechanism of managing estimation.
