Turbulently-wind routine in boundary atmosphere layer of south seaside city.For ventilation calculation of an urban building are considered the turbulence development mechanisms within the bounds of urban building. The notion of turbulence domines and their connection with convective thermics was introduced. The analysis of turbulence development mechanisms in the city and the outskirts is given. It was studied the connection of thermal convection with in lying reservois' and sea surface's evaporation. The detailed analysis of convection formation according to Bernard is given as well as its interaction with breeze circulation. It was introduced the principle of the least action in calculation of wind transfer formation within the bounds of orographic landscapes of south seaside cities as well as thermally non-homogeneous and technogenic construction. The maps of the wind streams for summer period has been got on the basis of Odesa example.
