The thesis is devoted to elaboration and the ground of practical recommendations of economical regulation of land relations in agriculture. The forming of land relation system according to marketing economy was studied. The economic methods of government influence on land relations were researched. The modern elements of land relation regulation were singled out. The peculiarities of land relation forming and well-regulation of land in land property reform conditions were singled out. The land circulation and land legislation were improved for marketing condition. The mechanism of lease and deposit as forms of commercial land utilisation was singled out. The land monitoring in program system "Land" was conducted.
