Teslya T. Fusarium stem rot of corn and methods of restring its harmfulness in Ukraine Forest Steppe

Object of research:Fusariumstem rot of corn. Aim: Invtstigation of spreadihg and losses from Fusarium stem rot in Ukraine Forest Steppe zone, and grounding methods of limiting its losses. Methods: laboratory, field, statistical. Theoretical and practical resultats:The influence of agrometeorological conditions on com injury by Fusarium stem rot is inversrigated and methods of limiting its losses under cohditiohs of Ucraihe Forest Steppe. Sciehtific hovelty:Spreading and losses from Fusarium stem rot were first detected in Ucraine Firest Steppe the species composition of the disease pathogenes were determined.Connection between spreading and hydrothermal indices was proved.The coefficient of plants predisposition to Fusarium rot injury was determined was calculated.Selection samples of coen were divided into grops according to the level of resistance. Ltgree of introduction: lines Ma21,Ep1 are recommended as donors and sources of resistance to disease. Sector of use: adriculture.
