The thesis is devoted to detection of influence of contaminating of atmospheric air on a case rate of the population by an acute upper respiratory paths pathology, including infectious etiology, on a level of immunity (on an example of immunity to diphteriae ), and also on change virulenty of Corynebacterium (in vivo et in vitro). The dependence of a level of a case rate of the population by an acute upper respiratory paths pathology and immunity to diphteriae from a degree of danger of contaminating of atmospheric air in the places of residence is fixed. The critical levels of density separate parts and cooperative index of contaminating are calculated, at which overflow the case rate by an acute upper respiratory paths pathology will be authentic to differ from background.
