Object - immunological reactivity of practically healthy persons, chemical plant workers and persons with oral cavity and pharynx diseases; aim - analysis of local and system homeostasis condition, working out of evaluation criteria of pre-nosological, premorbidial conditions and pathological processes; methods - laser correlative spectroscopy, evaluation of M, G, А and circulating immune complexes concentration, transdermal laser bilirubinometry, spirometry, cardiorythmography, novelty - immunological reactivity is analysed, parameters of sub-fractional composition of stomatopharynx washes and blood serum for monitoring and screening researches are proposed; fundamental notions of changes in immunological reactivity and regulatory systems under the influence of environmental factors are widened; results - non-invasive method of physiological and pre-pathological organism conditions evaluation is worked out; field of application - massive screening and monitoring researches.
