Marichereda V. Pre- and intraoperative diagnosing of volumetric formations of ovaries

The dissertational work devoted to determination of diagnostic value of traditional methods of differential diagnostics of volumetric formations of ovaries (ultrasonic scanning) endoscopic (laparoscopy), biochemical methods (investigation of enzymes of a blood semm, common protein of a blood, proteinogram, lipidogram), immunoenzyme (determination of antigen CA 125 level in the blood serum) and a complex assessment of the diagnostic algorithm which consists of a common and special clinical inspection, ultrasonic examination, determination of a proteolytic enzymes level, and new biophysical method of investigation of a blood serum - a laser correlative spectroscopy and intraoperative probing of contents of fluid tumours by method of Jegorof is being defended. The accuracy of ultrasound investigation was 77,3 %. The sensitivity of this method was the highest for mucous ovarian tumors -73,6 %, and the lowest for serous ovarian tumors - 48,1 %. Clinical efficacy of laser correlative spectroscopy of blood serum was determined.
