Essay

The thesis is devoted to define a combination of pathogenic factors of development of the lumbar vertebrogenic pain syndromes. An important role of disorders of the microcirculation and trophies in development of a chronic pain syndrome was demonstrated. It was pointed out an important role of interconnection and inter-influence of such psychological factors as a subjective evaluation for pain intensity and a type of attitude to the disease in patients with the vertebral lumbar pain syndrome. On this base a system of measures for treatment and prevention was worked out.
