Object - the study of the pathogenetic mechanisms of the pregnancy interruption & the foetus surfactant system condition in this pathology. Methods: clinical, instrumental, biochemical, experimental & mathematical statistics ones. Novelty - for the first time the complex multilevel investigation of the inflammation markers & infection in women with the pregnancy interruption threat has been carried out. For the first time the endotoxin influence on the foetus surfactant system & the Ambroxol protection effect on the lung tissue in experiment have been studied. The principles of the preventive correction of the pregnancy interruption threat caused by inflammation have been based. Results - pregnancy prolongation, the improvement of the intrauterine condition of foetus & newborn. Field - medicine.
