Object: an economic evaluation of agricultural grounds as an element and constituent of market process in an agrarian orb. Aim: improvement of a technique definition(determination) of an economic evaluation of agricultural grounds with allowance for of social and ecological factors in conditions of becoming of the market attitude(relation). Methods: monographic, the grouping, correlative and regressive, calculated and constructive. Results: the developed recommendations assist a more point evaluation of each concrete ground area. New ness: the concept of an economic evaluation of ground is specified; has received further development of use for an evaluation of grounds of a gang of cultures scientific-justify the process of sou-rotation for the first time is offered to take into account influence of the factors social supplying of territory and capacity of seller's markets of production; the technique of the account(record-keeping) of the ecological factor is justified(reasonable).
