Essay

The theses is devoted to study of clinical and epidemilogical, microbiological and immune peculiarities of the children’s microsporia in modern conditions, the elaboration of new methods of the complex therapy, using different variants of laser radiation. It was made epidemic analysis of the microsporia’s disease, conditioned M. canis, on the territory of Donetsk city. There was valued the meaning of its timely diagnostic in the epidemic of mycosis. There was determined new aspects of the interaction of mycotic associations at microsporia of the pillar part of the head and the smooth skin. For the first time there was found out fungistatic action of low-intensive laser radiation to the grows of M. canis. There was established trustworthy increasing Ig E in blood of diseases by microsporia and repressing of expressing by mononuclears of blood the markers of ripe T-lymphocytes, T-helpers-inductors, decreasing of correlation-CD4/CD8, that shows repress of antimycotic cell immunity.
