Korkunda S. Optimization of dermotension to remove cicatrical alopecia.

Object of the study: patients with postburn and postthroumatic alopecia. Purpose: To improve the efficiency of surgical treatment of patients with postburn and postthroumatic alopecia. Methods of investigation and equipment: Retrospective analisis of cicatrical alopecia patients case histories, mor-phological, microfotometrical, planimetrical and clinical studies. The following equipment was used: PC, microscope, metale ruler. Theoretical and practical results: Has been introdused clinical classification of cicatrical alopecia, proposed op-erative-tactical specialities to use dermotension in scalp, provided reducing terms of treatment to 2 folds and 2,3 fold redused incidence of complicaitions. Novelty: For the first time it has been found reasonable interconnection beetwin clinical-morfological specialities of human scalp and efficiency of dermotension, it has been optimised the parameters of dermotension in scalp. Introduced technology of life-measuring of hair folliculs functional condition during the dermotrnsion/ Degree of introduction: The results of the research have been used in the work of Kiev, Kharkov and Vinnitcha burn centers, chiar of thromatology, ortopedy and combus-tiology of Kharkov melical academy of postgraduate edu-caition, which are confirmed by the "Acts on Introduction".
