Vegetable seedlings' periodic irradiation process in biotechnical system ''seedlings-environment''. To increase effectivity of energetic resourse usage during vegetable seedlings' growing in the protected ground conditions by the introduction of the biotecnical system "seedlings-environment" that uses the adoptive algorythms for the irradiation periodic mode parameter control by model with plant light/dark bioelectric responce information usage. The methods of research are the methods of experiment planning and statistic data processing, oscillation theory, automatic control theory and differential equation solving. The dependancies of vegetable seedling light/dark bioelectric response amplitude-frequency response parameters from the plant and environment parameters and the periodic irradiation modes influence on the seedling quality are investigated. The foundation of the seedling electric irradiation mode parameters is made, the seedling irradiation algorythms and tecnical means were elaborated and the seedlings' irradiation method is proposed. They were provided in the seedling site of greenhouses and it gave the energy consumption reductio on 34-37%. Field of use is the vegetable growing in protected ground condition
