The process of elaboration and investigation of food diet and other biological materials due to super high pressure. The aims: theoretical, experimental, statistical, mathematical model, the usage of modern measuring devices and instruments. Suggested: a new method of geometrical parameters calculation of the installation of working chamber, analogical principle of operation by food processing, investigation of the installation effectiveness with the help of mathematical model methods . The field of usage: scientific-research and design - constructed organizations, food industries, educational establishments.
