Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a research of influence of technological conditions of deriving, doped by different concentration of active impurities (lithium and cooper) on some optical, electrical and termoelectrical properties of ceramics, based on ZnSe, and also research of influence of structural dam-ages of a radiating character for parameters optically of active centers in specially nondoped and doped monocrystals CdS by Cu. Offered models, which allow to explain a nature of some centers luminescence in ZnSe and mechanisms of influence on parameters of centers of a radiation of structural imperfections both doped of impurities of a lithium and cooper.
