Object of research: set of the organizing economic attitudes(relations) connected to development of business in agrarian sphere of economy (on an example agricultural agency of Vinnitsa area) The purpose of research: the substantiation and development of the methodological and practical provisions on improvement motivation of activity of modern enterprise structures on a village. Theoretical and practical results: is specified methodological approach, to definition (determination) of business; the characteristics of motives of enterprise activity are revealed; the methods of study of a qualifying level of the managers are profound; the ways of improvement of maintenance of development of enterprise activity and material stimulation of work of the managers are determined. Scientific novelty: the organizational pattern of motivation of enterprise activity with allocation of internal and external enterprise environment(Wednesday) is developed and the qualifying pattern of the businessman - менеджера-собственника with ground of a necessary level of knowledge, skills, abilities is specified; the mechanism of an estimation of productivity of activity of the managers behind ball system is developed.
