Essay

Object of research: patients with the uterus neck ectopy. The purpose of a research: the grounding and development of a new surgical method of the uterus cervix ectopy treatment, that is based on using a high temperature factor. Methods of a research: clinical laboratory, clinical instrumental, morphological, immunomorphological, microscopic, bacteriological, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: the present thesis is devoted to the problem of increasing the effectiveness of the uterus cervix ectopy treatment, using a new method of thermocoagulation treatment. In clinical examination of 210 patients the uterus neck ectopy treatment effectiveness has been estimated using thermocoagulation method in comparison with crydestruction and DEC on the basis of colposcopic, bacterioscopic, bacteriological examinations as well as the determination of the uterus neck tissue elasticity. It was defined that after termocoagulation the processes of reparative tissue regeneration occur faster than after DECand cryodestruction. Thermocoagulation doesn't result in decreasing elastic uterus neck properties. Novelty: for the first time the device developed for thermocoagulation of the uterus neck ectopy (patent for invention № 43093A MPK A 61№ 1/ 18) has been constructed. On the basis of hystological, hystochemical, immunomorfological and microbiological changes of the ectocervix tissues in the ranges of thermofactor activity for the first time optimal parameters of it's using are dertermined. As a result of a comparative analyses of the ectopy epithelization dynamics after it's destruction, it was found for the ferst time that at a very high temperature effect the epithelization period is shortened as compared to diathermo - and cryocoagulation. The number of complication after the operation period decreases as well. Stages of use: the data obtained in the work can be used in teaching process at the departments of obstetrics and gynecology in the higher educational establishment of medical type, and in practicalwork of the medical establishments. Sphere of use: medicine, obstetrics and gynecology.
