Minenko M. Economic and legal regulating fundamentals of economic activity of the enterprises of tobacco industry in Ukraine

Enterprises of tobacco industry of Ukraine and the economic relations system which developed in 1995 - 2000 between the state, investor, producer and consumer. To substantiate the effect of the economic and legal regulation factors on economic activity of the enterprises of tobacco industry of Ukraine. Methods of organizational-economic mechanism theory. It was determined the effectiveness of the effect of the instruments of the state regulation on the activity of the tobacco industry enterprises. It was proposed to introduce the mixed taxation system as the main regulation instrument. The results of investigation were approved by the tobacco industry enterprises, used when developing the legislative acts of Ukraine, applied in the practical work of "Ukrtyutyun" association and in the training process. The sphere of application is the enterprises of tobacco industry.
