Grechaniy V. Transformation of management functions in agro industrial complex in market conditions

It is generalized scientific sights on the contents of management in market conditions and directions of transformation of its main functions, which is to the adequate concept of the development of the agriculture of Ukraine. The analysis of structural modifications in agrarian economy under influence of processes of reforming, the function of economy and the activity of the new organizational & legal forms of agrarian complex are made. The major factors, which determine volume and structure of administrative operations at the enterprises in market conditions, influence of a specialty of the chiefs, their education in and age on efficiency of fulfilment of administrative functions are determined. The new conceptual scheme of management of region agriculture with definition of functions of state structures, economic organs and enterprises is made. The recommendations to development of an administrative infrastructure on a village are developed.
