In work the existing tendencies of investment activity of the enterprises of a food processing industry of Ukraine, sources of financing of the investments are analysed the ways of overcoming of investment crisis in Ukraine are shown. In operation the necessity of usage of the internal sources of finance of the plants is justified. It will allow to reduce hazard of investment activity. The probable sources of finance of the investment designs are justified. The carried spent analysis has allowed to prove necessity of increase of a role of amortization and issue of valuable papers in activization of investment processes.
