Pavlov A. Diagnostic and treatment of syndrome of endogen intoxication.

Object of research was 129 patients with purulently inflammation by process abdominal of a cavity, at which were the parameters intoxications are investigated on the developed technique. The optimization of diagnostics syndrome endogen intoxications will be carried spent on the basis of the technique, developed the express train. It includes definition of clinical and laboratory parameters. To each of parameters the whole meaning from one up to four is appropriated and the received results are compared. The index of the functions - criterion is developed which determines an opportunity actually organism to detoxicatyon of the autotoxins. The developed combination out of a body of methods detoxicatyon on the basis of the index, introduced into daily practice, function allows to lower duration of stay of the patients on bed of intensive therapy.
