Object of research - building of multiprofile of institutions of higher learning. Methodological bases - principles of theree-dimensional lanning optimum distribution. The present condition of the theory and practice of multiprofile universities are considered. In research fundamental factors which influence on educational complex are determined. Propositions about functional zoning, buildings of universities and educational premises are developed. Research methods bases on system approach.
