Essay

In the dissertation the process and peculiarities of students' individual work organization under the conditions of personally-oriented teaching are examined. The technology of such an organization is developed and scientifically grounded. The system of teaching conditions for the introduction of the author's technology is substantiated. The effectiveness of usage of a new teaching technology is proved by the experiment. Following the experiment a new principle of subject-centered teaching based on a student's personal experience and his self-appraisal was introduced. The introduction of this principle makes teaching process meaningful for a student on both cognitive and affective levels.
