The thesis is based on the results of the analyses, investigation and treatmetn of 134 patients with urosepsis. The aim of investigation: To improve the results of the treatment of the patients with urosepsis by means of influence of intravascular laser irradiatiation of blood and enterosorbtion on the chain of pathogenesis and to work out the rational system of their application in the complex therapy. The methods of investigation: the use of the modern general clinic methods of investigation. The use of modern general clinic methods of the functional state of kidney, lever, free radical oxidation and the state of the immune system. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: The diagnostic criteria are made upend grounded and the peculiarities of the process of urosepsis depending on the causes of its origin are discovered. It is defined the effectiveness of the application of the intravascular laser irradiatiation of blood and enterosorbtion in the complex treatment of urosepsis. It is proved that among the causes of aggravation in the process of abscess and septic complication and unsatisfactory results of the treatment of urosepsis the leading part belongs to the syndrome of endogenic intoxication with the development of antioxidant deficiency. It is proved that the intravascular laser irradiatiation of blood and enterosorbtion have the positive influence on the state of the antioxidant and immune system, on the functional state of liver and kidneys and the positive clinic effect among the patients with urosepsis is revealed.
