Essay

Thesis is devoted to the development of new approaches to the treatment of primary pulmonary hypertension with the different vasodilator groups due to the results of acute nifedipine administration. The differences in the systolic and diastolic function of the both ventricles in dynamics before and after one-year treatment were assessed. The comparison of hemodynamics and morpho-functional condition of the heart in patients with primary pulmonary hypertension and Eisenmenger syndrome were compared. Predictors of poor one-year prognosis in patients with primary pulmonary hypertension were established.
