The thesis is dedicated to the questions of legal regulation of land lots bargain and sale contract, its conclusion and execution. The conception of contract, its peculiarities and role in the system of real property, legal status of land lots' alienation according to the bargain and sale contract, its structure, civil warranties of land lots contract execution and civil responsibility of parts for failure to perform a legal duty according to land lots bargain and sale contract were gradually analyzed. The author highlighted the conception of land lots bargain and sale contract, its subject along with the legal status of right holders, order of conclusion and registration. The work contains the definition of implications and recommendations concerning further improvement of civil and agrarian legislation in the sphere of regulation of relations of land lots bargain and sale contracts' conclusion and execution.
