Paniv P. Oxidative non-catalitic purification of distilled kerosene fractions

The object - non-catalitic oxidation of hydrocarbon feedstock; the aim - the development of technological bases of oxidative non-catalitic purification of distilled kerosene fractions by the oxidation of sulphuric compounds existing in the fractions by the air oxygen and obtaining of comercial jet fuels; methods - experimental studies of the process and products of distilled kerosene fractions oxidation; the novelty - the positive effect of the water presence in the reaction medium on the quality of obtained fuel and process selectivity has been established; also it has been established that under proposed conditions feedstock sulphuric compounds are oxidized to sulfoxides and sulfones; the results - new method of purification of distilled kerosene fractions from sulphuric compounds with thte production of comercial jet fuel with less economical expenses to compare with existing vethods; branch of industry - oil industry.
