Kucher L. Clinical-pathogenetic basing of the usage of immune-modulated factor for complex treatment of the inflammatory processes of the appendages of the uterus.

Object of the study: chronic salpingoophoritis in the phase of exacerbation. Purpose: to develop a new method of threatment of exacerbation of chronic non-specific salpingoophoritis on basis of the estimation of Flurenizid, influence extravessel laser therapy and combination of these two methods on the state of LPO-AOPS protection from toxic products, immunological reactivity of ill women. Methods of investigation and equipment: clinical laboratory, biochemical, immunological, statistical methods. Theoretical and practical results: The first usage of the Ukrainian medicine Flurenizid in the combination with infrared laser irradiation of the appendages of uterus in a complex anti-inflammatory therapy of exacerbation of chronic salpingoophoritis caused the hasten liquidation of common and local clinic symptoms of disease, normalization in shorter terms of the common laboratory tests and specific for the inflammation exchange and immunological homeostasis. The results of the introduction of this scientific work proved that the introduced method is effective for the threatment of exacerbation of chronic salpingoophoritis and it can be recommended for the wide usage in other establishments of Health Protection of treatment in gynaecologic practice. Novelty: For the first time, the action of Flurenizid on clinical disease, the state of the primary, intermedian and the final products of LPO and the activity of the bioantioxydental system, cell and humoral immunuti among ill women with chronic nonspecific salpingoophoritis in the phase of exacerbation, the tendency to the normalization ander the influense of this medicine were determined. A condition of lipid peroxidation fermentative activity of antioxydant system, the immune state of the organism of the women with inflammatory diseases of the appendages of the uterus were treated by Flurenizid together with the low-intensive laser therapy in complex with antiinflammatory treatment. The necessity of usage of Flurenizid in the combination with infra-red laser irradiation of the appendages of uterus in treatment chronic salpingoophoritis in the phase of exacerbation was introduced, developed studied and pathogenetically based. The introduced method of this treatment has antioxydental membrano-protective activity, also passesses immuno-modulated peculiarities. Degree of introduction: Main theses of the work were introduced to the work of city maternity hospitals in Ternopil, Shumsk (Ternopil region),Ostrih and Zdolbuniv (Rivne region), Tokmak (Zaporizhya region). The information obtained in the process of study is used for doctors training at Obstetrics and Gynecology Departments of Ternopil Medical Academy for Advanced Training.
