Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of a pupil's personality in the conditions of experimental education within the framework of the scientific project "School of Capacities". Theoretical and methodological fundamentals of the organization of a socio-psychological experiment, particularly in schools, are considered. Innovative model is grounded of the author's programme of complex socio-psychological research of pupils' capacities in social, cognitive and creative metaspheres. This programme considers the levels of pupils' interaction with the surrounding world (space of micro-, meso-, exosystems) in their inter dependence with the spheres of the society's influence on a person the combination of micro -, mesо -, macro and megafactors. It has been established, that the experimental conditions have positive influence on the realization of the cognitive, social and creative potential of a person as of subject of: а) direct social relationships, б) a small group, в) a socio-cultural organization (a school).
