Essay

The specific features of the pregnancy and labour under the risk of the uterus contractivity complications development were researched.The influence of PGE1 on the labour regulation was studied on the basis of gomeostasis and uterus activity indicators, dynamic of cervix ripening.The main purpose was to reduce the frequency and value of expression of obstetrics and perinatal complications at pregnancies of risk group for powerless labours.The high effectiveness of PGE1 onto women with unfavourable cervix was proved.
