Essay

Research unit: the forming of the concrete tubular article. Research purpose: the vibration plant elaboration and making for the tubular article forming with the hidh technolodical efficiency owing to the transmission of the spatial oscillations to the concrete mixtures. Research methods: based on the positions theory, similarity theory; analytic and numerical methods with the electronic computing machines use; methods of the mathematical planning of the experiment and the mathematical statistics. Apparatus: vibrometer VM-1, strobotachometer TCT-100, measuring komplex K-50. Theoretical and practical results: elaborated the methods of determination of the dynamic and constructive parameters of the plants for the concrete tubular article forming; the industrial and experimental pattern of the vibration plant for the reinforced concrete rings forming was elaborated and made. Novelty: the mathematical model of the vibration plant with the spatial oscillations of the working organ that is in spherical movement was developed and analyzed; the experimental dependences were obtained for determination vertical and horizontal amplitude of vibromoving and working organ points vibroaccelaration; rational vibration modes were determined for provision of uniform effective consolidation of the article. Degree of introduction: industrial andexperimental pattern of the vibration plant was introduced in Poltava communal road repair-constructional direction and joint-stock compani "Poltava plant of producing reinforced concrete article"; the results of reseach were introduced into study on electromechanical faculty of the Poltava State Technical University named after Yuri Kondratuk and the Kirovograd State Technical University. Branch of use: machines for producing of building constructions.
