Joint venture and environment of their functioning in the ex-ternal market.The purpose:substantiation of expediency and efficiency of activity of JVin the external market in conditions of transformation of economy of Ukraine. Methods:expert es-timations,interrogation & traditional ways and receptions of the economic analysis. It is offered:system of parameters of an estimation of efficiency of JV adapted to the available sta-tistical information and changes of competitive environment; is revealed the tendencies of development of the joint Ukrainian -Jordan enterprises; is developed mathematical model of forecasting of selling of the goods of JV; the place of Ukraine and Jordan in the common block diagram of the European and world markets is determined.
