Essay

139 patients I-II ASA were included to the study using the original method. As synergism hypnotic interaction is defined between: midazolam and propofol (potentizi rate – 3,3), midazolam and thiopental (potentizi rate – 2,8), midazolam and butorphanol-tartrate, clonidine and ketamine. Interaction midazolam and ketamine is summation of hypnotic effects. Graphics of interaction for midazolam and propofol, midazolam and thiopental, midazolam and ketamine are nomograms of equipotential hypnotic doses for medications. Results allow to find optimal and low toxicity combinations of medications for anaesthesia that improve its quantity and reduces costs.
