Object - method of electrochemical luminescence (ECL) of definition a component - histamine; purpose - method and device development of ECL-definition of substances of a medicobiological meaning on an example of measuring of the histamine content; methods - theoretical and experimental researches (mathematical computer simulation of processes in optochemotronics sensor, measuring of analytical signals by ECL analytical instrument and statistical methods of handling of observed data). The new ECL-method of definition of component of bioliquids on an example of histamine and construction of optochemotronics sensor are offered. The technique of definition of histamine in liquid objects is developed. The results are inserted in Institute of Vertebral and Joints Pathology after Prof. M.
